Transitions
This group is for the City only. It is trying to make a better experience for people moving from childrens to adult services. We are planning to start a new team in 2008 so that people will only have to tell their story once

Employment
This group covers City and County. It has not met recently as it is waiting to see what the new Valuing People refresh targets will be.

Quality Tree
The Quality Tree group has designed accessible ways of assessing the quality of various services such as day services, residential homes and supported living. 2 people with learning disability are employees as Quality Tree assessors.

‘Taking Our Place’ (Day Service Modernisation)
This is a City group who plan changes and improvement to day services. This group has been responsible for the opening of the new Summerwood day service in Clifton and moving 69 people from County to City Day Services. A number of other groups relate ‘Taking Our Place’ such as the accessible toilet working group and the Leisure Access steering group.
